Food Science and Technology Network in Africa seeks to provide a one stop platform for discussion, mentorship and professional adviee and networking. This idea was born in the last IUFoST world food congress in Montreal Canada by the young scientists who attended. The members agreed to have a forum of information exchange and engagement. At the moment we are engaged in popularising the profession as well as make others aware of African potential in bringing desired home-grown solutions to current food safety problems in the continent.
